We want to inform you of our order processing, shipping times, and lost packages process.

However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as order volume, postal issues, and technical troubles that can occur. Our regularly scheduled shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and certain holidays. Order processing takes 3-5 business days. Once processed and shipped, you will be informed through email. Transit times and courier services are estimates and may vary based on the destination.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to help. While we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, delivery mistakes by the carrier, or incorrect shipping information, we will do everything we can to help. Domestic Orders:

Shipping charges for customers in the United States are calculated based on the selected shipping method during checkout.

UPS Ground & Standard 1-5 business days, varies by location.
USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days, depending on shipping time pick up and location.

International Orders:

For international orders, shipping charges are determined based on your selected shipping method during the checkout process.

UPS Worldwide Saver 3-4 business days. Typically, next business day delivery to Canada. 2-3 business days to Europe.
Priority Mail International 7-21 business days. This is a cost-effective option for international orders. Please Note: USPS does not guarantee delivery day or times with this method but typically is as mentioned.
USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business days. Exact times vary depending on origin and destination.

We want to inform our international customers that due to ongoing global events causing delays in postal services, international orders to certain regions may experience longer delivery times than usual.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please rest assured that your orders are still on their way to you.

For international orders, the cost of shipping covers the item only. We want to emphasize that any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes are the customer's sole responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before making a purchase if you are concerned with fees. As we grow, we are actively working to make this process smoother for our international customers.
